The situation

The solution

How we worked
The team used two-week iterations so the client could evaluate working software throughout development and provide feedback before the next increment.
Field visits were equally important. Engineers accompanied machine operators, observed the hardware in use, and tested the integrated experience under poor network connectivity. The first extended visit lasted four weeks, followed by additional field validation.
Daily updates, direct messaging, project tools, and weekly video calls kept decisions visible and helped the client coordinate feedback and resources.
